When can I move here?

It depends upon the availability of the space matching your requirements, Once confirmed you can move in anytime by booking your appointment
How do I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill by direct debit, debit or credit card.
What is my responsibility if my address changes?
All you need to do is provide us the copies of your previous and present address we will take care of the rest.
How should I pack my things for storage?
We have a specially trained team for packing the goods. You can ask for an appointment or you can follow our packing tips and do it on your own.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept payment by either direct debit, debit or credit card.
Are there any restricted Items?
Yes, objects such flamable items, drugs and guns/weapons of any kind are not accepted.
What if I forget my gate access code?
If you forget your access code please contact customer services on 01274 411089.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Please check your home and/or business insurance to see if you are covered. If you’re not covered you can buy insurance from us, please contact us for a quote.
What forms of ID do I need to provide?
You need to provide: Proof of address (recent utility bill), Photo ID (driving licence/passport) and Credit/Debit Card for payment.
